dc.description.abstractThe theses analyze the stages of pre-service teacher professional development in the context of contemporary educational reforms and increasing demands for teacher professionalism. The study highlights theoretical approaches to professionalization proposed by leading scholars and characterizes the main stages of a future teacher’s professional growth, from career choice and professional training to adaptation, professional implementation, and mentoring. Particular attention is paid to the role of self-development, reflection, and psychological support in ensuring successful lifelong professional growth. It is emphasized that continuous professional development contributes to improving educational quality and fostering effective teaching practice.en_US
